Hello, Brothers, Sisters, and Heartdwellers family. The past couple of days have been rough, such a loss of strength, really. I wasn’t able to do any ministry work for two days, and today, I told myself I would press in. Immediately after I got done with the Lord's Supper, I began to feel really weird, just sore all over and heavy. I just knew it was some sort of oppression.
After my two days of not being able to get things done, I began to have doubts; with all the sacrifices of staying up late, trying my best to finish things, and schedule things as thoughts bombarded me, “What’s the point?” I was even feeling disconnected from the group because I hadn't been able to join any online prayers because of my rigorous schedule and trying to get as much done as I could. We were having difficulty in communication, and things were beginning to slip through the cracks again. I just felt a sense of defeat and weariness to just give up and be over everything. I am just being honest.
I kept asking myself, “Why am I feeling this way, why am I having these thoughts?” I had lost my “oomph”. Not being able to spend time with Jesus, I am sure, had a lot to do with it the last two days, and not being able to pray as I should because of my condition.
So, I told myself I would push through and press forward today to try my best to hear something. I decided to pull rhema cards instead, and I got,
Psalm 22:1-4
Then the second card said
“Victory over Enemies! Many rise up against me…the Lord has broken the teeth of the wicked – Psalm 3
Lastly, from “The Imitation of Mary
When Satan comes to attack your faith, Immediately reject before the God of truth any doubt that arises in your mind. Such a prompt, generous, and heartfelt rejection will deepen and strengthen your faith”
I realized, “Oh, I am definitely under attack,” and quickly said, “I reject any doubt that continues to rise in my mind before the God of Truth, in Jesus' name!” I came before the Lord,
Jesus, what's on your heart?
Jesus began,
“Many have risen up against you and My brides but reject satan’s lies and promptings in every way, and indeed it will strengthen your faith. Everything you are doing is not in vain. The group is being strengthened, have faith. All will be well, concerning your condition and the upcoming change as well. You have absolutely nothing to fear.
“Continue on with what you know to do, Beloved. You may not see the fruit right away, but there is fruit, abundant fruit, in your obedience and the obedience of others. Pray for those who seem to not be catching on or are dragging their feet. They, too, are being attacked with satan’s lies. It's your prayers that will lift them up out of the mire. Continue to declare what I am saying, what I am doing, and where I am taking all of you.”
Lord, please give me strength, please give me strength until the end.
He said,
“Know that whatever you need to finish will be completed, and whatever doesn’t get finished is meant to not be completed. Do the best you can, that is all you can do.
“My beautiful brides, stop allowing obstacles in your mind to stop you and doubts that play into what you do and don’t do. Or giving up prematurely on tasks that you have set out to do. Don’t believe the lies of, ‘What’s the point, is it making any impact, does anyone care, is this sacrifice necessary?’ Allow Me to be over the results of a thing. Allow Me to gauge the success of your obedience. Allow Me to be the one to cause it to bear fruit. Whether you perceive it or not, you just be obedient.”
That was the end of Jesus’ message.
Psalm 3
Lord, how many are our foes! How many rise up against us?
2 Many are saying of us, “God will not deliver them.”
3But You, Lord, are a shield around us, our glory, the One who lifts our head high.
4 We call out to the Lord, and he answers us from his holy mountain.
5 We lie down and sleep, We wake again because the Lord sustains us.
6 We will not fear though tens of thousands assail us on every side.
7 Arise, Lord! Deliver us, my God! Strike all our enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.
8 From the Lord comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
