In our culture and generation we seem to have this ongoing theme of Humanity saving Humanity. We see it in our movies, books and even songs. We have looked to “man” to save us from confusion, fear, chaos, destruction and even death. Believing that “man” can restore hope, peace and love again however if we put our hope in “man” they will fail every single time guaranteed. I was apprehensive to however seeing what is taking place in our nation with the elections and sadly so many “evangelicals” & others supporting Donald Trump because they believe he can restore this nation and bring something different because he is brash, bold and blunt often rude remarks regarding the changes he would like to make. Could you honestly & confidently put your trust in him. As Christians we hear far too many times in “don’t judge” however the bible states that we should “judge righteously” because All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness 2 Timothy 3:16. Scriptures show us what righteousness should look like because Matthew 7:16 You can identify them by their fruit, that is, BY THE WAY THEY ACT . What are the fruits of the spirit? Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Is he exhibiting any of these characteristics in deed, character, and attitude and even in his remarks. Many see the acceleration of our nation & the world’s moral decline. Even thought out the presidential campaigns and candidates it shows the heart of America. We are looking for PEACE, desperate savoir, solution, or resolutions. So many don’t want to hear it but the truth is the only one who can save is Jesus, in him and him alone should we have our hope to restore this nation not in our presidents. Behind the scenes nations are preparing for war as they keep us distracted. Your seeing Nation rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.. earthquakes in various places, and famines, Such things must happen, but the end is still to come (Mark 13:8) You are hearing of wars and rumors of wars, but while leaders are saying, “Everything is peaceful and secure,” then disaster will fall on them as suddenly as a pregnant woman’s labor pains begin. And there will be no escape ( 1Thessalonians 5:3) So the things in this nation unfortunately, will not be fixed the way we want it. Trump can’t or wont fix it, Clinton, Sanders, Rubio or Obama only God can! Judgment is coming whether many like to hear it or not but the Lord tells us not to fear because he has fortold us already! Mark 13:23 So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time. You see in Gods Holy judgment is out of Love and it restores, it will restore not only this nation but the earth to what he intended it to be, he will restore life, peace, hope and love for eternity. The Lord is coming and our only savior is Jesus. So vote for whom ever you would like to vote for but please, please, please put your Hope in Jesus Christ alone.
