Lord, I feel like you are downloading so much to me as I am praying about conquering spiritual warfare and how to fight the right way to ensure as to not incur so many wounds, unnecessary attacks, and retaliation.

Jesus began,

“Yes, Beloved, My people have been taught wrong in various ways, and many have had to go through unnecessary battles, receiving heavy hits and wounds that could have been avoided. Of course, I use all of this to refine them more and more. However, I am wanting to give My Heartdwellers some insight and understanding of how things work.

“First, dealing with the principalities; you have My mind concerning that. And the teachings of Pastor James would do some good for the group to revisit. He is very knowledgeable and insightful on how the spiritual world works, especially from the dark side, because of his ranking in the kingdom of darkness before I captured his life and his heart.    Do not, My beloved ones, attack principalities in any region, territory, or city.

“Principalities have been placed there to bring oppression to the people. The gatekeepers are another form of demonic power as it is mentioned in Ephesians, rulers and wickedness and high places”.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

“Evil principalities are established once the minds of the people are taken over by a stronghold hold. Then, an evil habit is cultivated over time that breeds into sin, many times generational. So, if you go into an area and you see alcoholism, prostitution, suicide, or witchcraft taken over the area or any other sin taken over an area, it's because of the principality. But, it first started with a stronghold where demons took hold of the hearts and minds of people and turned them towards sin.

“You don’t have the authority to command a principality to leave or to be torn down. They have legal rights to be there because the hearts of the people have not changed, and the more the hearts of the people are turned over to that sin, the greater the influence and power of the principality. If you fight the principality, you are asking for a battle that you are not ready for and will be severely wounded. Leave principalities to Me, My beloved ones. You stand with the Full Armor of God, standing in faith and especially in obedience to all I have asked of you and in prayer, and I Myself will cause the principality to leave because now light has entered into the place of darkness.

Ephesians 6:13-18

Therefore, put on the full Armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground and, after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 

“The more obedient you are to Me, the greater authority you will have and be given in the spirit. What I desire for you to do is to erect heavenly principalities everywhere I send you to counter the demonic principalities in the region. And then begin to tear down the strongholds in that area. This will weaken the demonic principalities in that area, and as you continue to stand in faith, with your amour, in obedience, praying these things, the principality will come down and prepare the way for revival. Then, you must deal with the gatekeeper over that region or city.

David declared in My Word about the ancient gates. David was very well-versed in spiritual warfare. You can learn much from him using the Psalms. You have been given authority to command these ancient doors to be open that the king of glory may come in. Again, when I come, everything has to fall.

Psalm 24

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;

2 for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters.

3 Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in his holy place?

4 The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.

5 They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God, their Savior.

6 Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob.

7 Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty,
the Lord mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.

10 Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty—he is the King of glory.

“Begin to pray for heaven to possess the gates over your region, to possess the gates of your enemies, that the evil gatekeepers would be dislodged and removed that the king of Glory may enter in. Remember the vision I gave you on the mountain when you guys began to pray in the spirits and worship swords were released, penetrating the lock at the city gates?”

As an aside, guys, it’s true: on the mountain, when I was praying, I just saw darkness over the area of Taos. We had been praying for so long, and we really hadn’t seen any breakthrough in the area. And I just was wondering why because I have such a burden for the people there. There is definitely a principality of alcoholism, drugs, and suicide; generational, so deep in witchcraft. And I just saw this prison, this square prison, that just had dark, black bars. As we began to worship and pray, out of our mouths came gold swords. They just flew out, one by one, by one. They all then penetrated the lock of the gates ─ freehand, just standing. But it never really opened, and we stopped worshiping.

So, I said, “Yes, Lord, but it didnt quite open, I am not sure why.”

“My people, too many times you guys pray once for something and then leave it. You don’t continue praying until you see it through─ until you see the breakthrough. You were oh so close, but it needed more prayers for the swords to unlock the gates of the city that had been bound in darkness.

“So, continue on with the same in Mankessim, where there has been an overstepping of boundaries even ignorantly. Repent, ask for forgiveness, and ask Me to close that door where satan has had access to attack and continuously sift you. You see, My people perish for a lack of knowledge. Although you may be doing damage in your time of spiritual warfare prayers, the moment you overstep your authority satan and his demons relish to attack you, and they have every legal right to. They will keep you praying the same thing, although it is effective, and they have some losses, they are okay with the losses as long as they have direct access to you. So much so that they wound you beyond repair, causing so much havoc in your life, in your ministry, in your body, attacking your health, that they put you out of pocket or worse, they kill you. And yes, that has happened.”

Once again, another story I remember was with my first spiritual father, John Paul Jackson, who was a prophet of the Lord. He was online, but the Lord used him a lot to really teach me about warfare and dreams. He said he had gone to a church that was heavily under attack, and the pastor reached out to him to get help. The daughter had run away. I think even from the house, things were going great in his home, they couldn’t find the daughter. And the Lord gave him a dream. In the dream, he saw the pastor at the pulpit praying with all the leaders of the congregation, fighting the enemy. They were fighting the principalities, commanding them to leave, you know, seeing they were not afraid of satan. Then he saw axes being thrown by the pastor and the church into the heavens. Then he saw this big moon. From the moon, he saw demons come out…so many demons came out of the moon as the pastor, and they were praying, axes were being thrown to the heavens, and demons came out of the moon from the second heaven. They jumped and flooded the church, the pastor, everything. And he woke up and asked the Holy Spirit, what does that mean? The Lord revealed to him that the pastor had overstepped his jurisdiction. He didn’t have the authority to go and fight these principalities and powers. Because he did that, he got into a battle that he wasn’t ready for, and that was why everything in the church was going crazy. In his family, his daughter had run away, so he told the pastor to repent and ask the Lord to please forgive him and his pride and his zeal for doing something that God never gave him authority to do. Once he repented, sure enough, everything came back together. The daughter returned home, and everything was fine. That story always stuck with me.

Also, for me personally, I have had that experience. When I was new in the Lord, I had a lot of zeal. In my ignorance and my pride, I went over to a friend's house who was being oppressed with fear. Her children were having nightmares and couldn’t sleep. So, I came over to pray over the house, anointing it and commanding demons of fear to leave. I thought it was the right thing. Plus, we have been given authority, right? That’s what I thought, what can satan do to me? And if someone is in distress with demonic oppression, I have every right as a believer to go there and pray it away...wrong. All the demons came to my apartment instead. I was tormented for two months with a very heavy demonic presence and oppression at my apartment. I remember going to Bible Promises at that time, and in the heat of it, I was wondering what was going on, why is He allowing this? I got God’s Correction. I was so resentful at that and hurt and confused, thinking, “What did I do?” The Lord didn’t make it clear to me then. I had to just kind of pass through that trial. But then He made it clear a little bit later that I had overstepped my authority. I never asked Him if it was His will for me to go and pray over my friend's house. Why were the demons there? What open door did she have to give them legal ground? Did God want me to pray them away, or was He permitting it to teach her how to pray and also bring her to repentance to close the open door? So, all of these things you must factor in with intercession and praying for others, especially when there is demonic oppression, infestation, or someone needing deliverance. Demons know the laws of heaven, and when they are somewhere or with someone, it’s because they have legal ground, and legal access has been given to them until the Lord says, “Now it’s time to kick them out.”

I encourage you guys to see the movie “Nefarious.” I think it’s available on Netflix or on YouTube. Hollywood deemed it as a horror movie, but it’s not. It’s actually a Christian film, Christian produced. Hollywood, of course, gave it terrible ratings, but everyone who saw the reviews said it was amazing. Even atheists saw it and were blessed by it. That’s what got me to turn my head; somebody sent me a clip of it─ (one of our intercessors), and I went to Bible Promises and asked the Lord if I could watch it, and I got “Holy Spirit.” It is a powerful movie, guys. It’s basically a dialog between a man who is on death row who is demonically possessed. It is a demon having a dialog with an atheist doctor, who is a psychiatric doctor who can have him acquitted by saying he’s insane or can confirm that he is really a demon. It’s not scary at all. It is beautifully written; the dialog that the demon had with the particular psychiatrist was powerful and gave so much revelation concerning spiritual warfare, how demons work, and what their agenda is in this world. And how they have authority over certain souls, just like he had authority over the man who was on death row, that he is the one who did all of the murders. It was not the man because he owned the man now. It was just really good insight concerning spiritual warfare, especially with those who are called Deliverance or God is really showing you, teaching you, teaching us about Deliverance. I think it’s really good to rewatch that.

Jesus continued,

“Spiritual warfare is not something to fear, but It’s not something to play with prematurely or with a misplaced zeal. Too many of My people suffer because of misplaced zeal and, many times, their pride, whether they realize it or not. Some come from bad teaching and don’t know any better. You must understand, My dear ones, it’s a battle, you are soldiers in that battle, no matter your rank, and you have one general, which is Me. Every battle is different, and [not] every battle are you meant to fight. Every battle has a plan and weapon of choice in mind, so you must seek Me out as to the battle plan before moving forward, or there will be unnecessary and very painful causalities if you go off on your own or off something you have been doing that worked before.

“It's very important in this season and moving forward to sit at My feet and get instructions on how I want you to fight each battle, and even if I want you to engage. Some will be fought in silence, some will be fought by praise, and others will be fought by engaging the enemy and using your authority. Some will be fought just by standing and having faith, nothing else or nothing more. Some will be fought by fervent and persistent prayer. And lastly, others will be fought by your obedience to the work I have called you to do.

“There are many battles I have won for My people, even you, little one, just by your obedience to the work or task I have given you. You take care of My business, and I simply take care of yours. You have no idea what was up against you. I removed your enemies so easily, like a leaf being blown away by the wind. There was no need for supplication on your part because your work became a prayer. So you see, My beloved ones, I work in so many different ways, as it says in scripture: My thoughts are not your thoughts, and My ways are not your ways. But seek Me out, and I will teach you and instruct you. Now you know, My beloved brides, you are forewarned to be forearmed. Let the two precious souls know this, and much more will take place in the spirit and over the city of Mankessim, preparing the way for the City of God”

That was the end of Jesus’ message.
