Hello, brothers & Sisters and YouTube family.
We were seated having Dinner and I heard the words, “A Heart of Praise". It was Jesus, my Lord. He wanted to speak to me. So, I moved to the bedroom to write this message.
Jesus began,
Praise in all situations, Praise! For I wish My brides knew what the power of praise does to your enemies or difficult circumstances you find yourself.
Never focus on your circumstances ─ just enter into praise and cause creation to praise with you.
Let us pause and praise the Lord using King David's words in Psalm 148
1 Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord from the heavens;
praise him in the heights!
2 Praise him, all his angels;
praise him, all his host!
3 Praise him, sun and moon;
praise him, all you shining stars!
4 Praise him, you highest heavens
and you waters above the heavens!
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for he commanded and they were created.
6 He established them forever and ever;
he fixed their boundary, which cannot be passed.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth,
you sea monsters and all deeps,
8 fire and hail, snow and frost,
stormy wind fulfilling his command!
9 Mountains and all hills,
fruit trees and all cedars!
10 Wild animals and all cattle,
creeping things and flying birds!
11 Kings of the earth and all peoples,
princes and all rulers of the earth!
12 Young men and women alike,
old and young together!
13 Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for his name alone is exalted;
his glory is above earth and heaven.
14 He has raised up a horn for his people,
praise for all his faithful,
for the people of Israel who are close to him.
Praise the Lord!
Jesus continues
When you praise you cause and command every good thing to fight for you and with you.
Gratefulness and thankfulness confuse and break the enemy. Use your praise as a weapon against the enemy. Let your praise come from your heart.
King David knew the Power of Praise. Even though he was a man of many faults. But his heart was a heart of praise.
In Psalm 34:1, David declares, "I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise will always be on my lips."
Praise and thankfulness attract attention and favour from heaven.
Psalm 22:3 declares,
But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel."
Family, remember the words of Praise to the Lord as he approached Goliath.
David declared:
"David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.” As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him. Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground. So, David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him"
Family praise disturbs, hinders, and confuses the enemy. It’s especially confusing to the enemy when he has you surrounded with seemingly no way out. At that point, what he expects is for you to be paralyzed with fear and begin doubting God. But when you do the opposite and instead of complaining and running the other way, you hold your ground and lift up praise and adoration to the Lord Jesus, it confuses the enemy and he has to flee, leaving his plan of destruction in shambles. The Bible says that we must resist the devil and the best way to resist him is to praise the Lord with all of your heart, even when things look hopeless. Judah was in a hopeless situation, but God showed up when they dared to not only praise Him but to lead the battle on the frontlines with praise. Learn the power of praise and you too will confuse the enemy when he comes to attack you with his lies and schemes. You will stand and watch as the Lord will defeat the enemy again and again as you continually lift up a sacrifice of praise
End of Jesus’ message.
